WHAT'S NEXT?

There's always more to learn!

The center of the book Dream opens up to everything that has come before us -- the work of famous people who have added to our knowledge and made the world a better place, inventions and discoveries that have changed the world and the way we think and interact. Our dreams and goals are built on everything that has come before us.

Everything you know builds on what you've already learned. Look through the baby, toddler, child, and teenager pages in Dream. How does each stage of life build on what you learned earlier?

What do you know so far, and what more would you like to know? It's important to look back and review where you are and what you know. But there's always more to learn! What comes next? You always want to be moving forward, learning new things about yourself and the world, making yourself better, and setting new goals.

Choose a topic or subject you're really interested in. Make a list of everything you know about it. If a class is doing this activity at the end of a school year, everyone can work together to brainstorm and review what they've covered over the past few months.

Now you know what you know. What don't you know or understand? Make a list of questions about the topic or subject to explore what more you'd like to understand or find out.
